Why TeamCookieFace?
It was a bit of a joke really. We’d been sending each other photos of our faces obscured by cookies, because it’s the sort of daft thing we do. Then some friends got married and hyphenated their surnames, this led to a discussion about what we would do name-wise if we ever got married. Our surnames are mono-syllabic and do not really sound great when hyphenated either way. Things got silly and we eventually came up with Mr and Mrs Cookie-Face as our hyphenated name. (We’re not really going to call ourselves that if we ever get hitched, don’t worry.) From there it became our team name, because that’s what we are, a team, no matter what life throws at us – ⋕TeamCookieFace!

Pretty much everything posted here will be posted by me, Anne-Marie. I’m the one with the most free time since leaving my job at the Beatles Shop in Liverpool in Spring 2025. I have a blog page of my own and you can read an extended “about me” here.
Currently I collect hobbies (making jewellery, embroidery, a bit of hand sewing and whatever else I have seized upon lately) and make sure there’s a cuppa waiting for Stuart when he gets in from work. I like old school sci-fi, cheesy TV shows and lots of different kinds of music.
I have an etsy shop where I sell some of the stuff I make, mostly to pay for more materials to try other hobbies!
